The crew starts with a walk around the property. Ticks do not spread evenly through a yard. They gather in shady, damp spots close to the ground, where a passing animal or person will brush past. The crew looks for those spots first so the treatment goes where ticks actually sit, rather than a quick spray over open grass that ticks seldom use. A typical visit covers these areas.
